What information is being collected?

I collect email addresses on my main site for the purpose of sending out our weekly email and occasional special offers. I do not use that information for any other reason. I do not sell the information or share it with anyone else. I use MailerLite service to collect/store this information and send out emails.  If you receive email then you opted in and you can inscribe at anytime and are welcome to unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

For orders, I collect the name and address of the individual placing the order. This information is saved for tax purposes. It is not used, sold, shared with anyone for any other reason. It is collected on the WordPress site and stored in the Woo Commerce system that the orders are placed in.  No other person or company has access to your information.  Your information can be seen via your account page.

Should you wish to have your information removed – you will lose access to any product or class you have purchased since you would be asking for your account to be deleted. We cannot delete purchase histories for tax purposes.  You can review your purchase history on your account page – providing your account is still active and not deleted as per your request.

Your payment information is not stored on this site or anywhere I have access to.  I use third party payment processing – Paypal and Square. Your information is used and stored via their site and governed by their privacy policy.

As we all know, no internet transmission is 100% fully protected.  However, I do my best to make sure our internet connections are encrypted & secure by using the latest SSL technology with my hosting providers.

At this time we are not using or collecting cookies on our site.
