PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit and credit cards from our US Customers via Square, as well as PayPal. Shipping fees are prepaid by the recipient.

SHIPPING

We ship only to the US no International Shipping.  We utilize reliable courier services such as USPS via Ground Advantage & Priority Mail for shipping. Delivery within the US typical takes between 5-10 business days

TAXES

We calculate and charge taxes per your state requirements.

GUARANTEES

We take full responsibility for our products quality and will replace any defective item.  As for shipping & deliveries, once it leaves our hands then it is a matter for USPS.  In case of damage or loss during delivery, we suggest you contact USPS and file a claim. It is highly recommended to pay for Priority Mail for insurance on your shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges only for vintage items. All other items, due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges.

Vintage items .. please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange or store credit. Please note that cancellations of customized orders are not accepted, and such returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
