So she created her Tacky Lips brand of Lip Balms in tubes & tins!  We created a SPECIAL Horse Theme .. Horse Lovers is a 2-pack of some Yummy Horse themed Lip Balms! We use all natural ingredients & premium flavor oils in her Lip Balms. Tacky Lips — Lip Balms roll on smooth and helps hydrate dry lips.  Handcrafted  in small batches for the freshest & best quality.

To use — just like any other chap-stick … rub on your lips. Reapply as needed.
